This Crash is a simple JavaScript exploit that still works on all web browsers.
With JavaScript it will starts a infinite loop of sending emails by opening your email client (mailto:xxx)
It's not harmful since it only hangs and freezes the PC, after a restart it will recover its health.
If you have clicked the link, fast open Task Manager and Kill the process of the email client, before you ran out of RAM.
